The employer had not complied with the provisions of 29 CFR 1926.652(b)(1)(i) in that: At 935 E. HWY 332 in Lake Jackson, TX on or about April 11, 2016; employees worked within a 14 foot deep excavation without adequate protective systems, exposing employees to caught-in and engulfment hazards.
