29 CFR 1910.135(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee wear a protective helmet when working in areas where there is a potential for injury to the head from falling objects: a) Placid Drive, Schenectady, NY - On or about May 4, 2016, employees were exposed overhead hazards during tree removal involving a mobile crane and tree trimming from height.
