29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: On or about March 31, 2016 and in times prior thereto the following 480 volt flexible cords were damaged near the attachment points, exposing fabricators to an electrical hazard, located in the shop area. a. Power cord to the Rod Chomper at the foot pedal control and at the control panel. b. Power cord to the Rod Chomper at the wall outlet. c. Power cord to the La Roche Bender at the wall outlet.
