29 CFR 1915.181(d): When work was performed immediately adjacent to an open-front energized board or in back of an energized board, the board was not covered or some other equally safe means were not used to prevent contact with any of the energized parts. (a) On or about March 14, 2016; in CSER 4 located on the LCS 9; employees performing various activities in close proximity of the 484 VAC SSABT (Solid State Automatic Bus Transfer) were exposed to live electrical in an opening on the back plane which did not have a cover or other equally safe means to protect the opening.
