29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: On or about February 11, 2016, employees were exposed to a chemical splash hazard, while diluting cleaning products and sanitizing production areas with cleaning products such as, but not limited to, Birko Liquid Smokehouse Cleaner, Birko Foam Chlor 535, and Brute-4S that employees were using which required eye and face protection.
