29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: On or about 03/21/2015, the employer failed to ensure that the work rest on the right side of the (Dewalt: model #: DW756) pedestal grinder located next to the Haas CNC machinery was properly adjusted. The opening measured approximately 3/8 inches.
