29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasions: a) On or about 03/28/2016, at the above addressed worksite, employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards from conductors entering boxes in the receiving area that were not protected against abrasions from broken armored cable. b) On or about 03/28/2016, at the above addressed worksite, employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards from two connection boxes that were partially closed and the wiring was exposed.
