29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven -7 feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: a) Dryer's Area, Building PB1, on the Dryer, on or about 11-30-2015, employer failed to provide appropriate enclosure to protect employees working with and around the dryer's main chain and sprocket wheel drive, where the enclosure was not locked, which allowed employees access and contact whit the chain and sprocket wheel. b) Dryer's Area, Building PB1, on the Dryer, on or about 11-30-2015, employer failed to provide appropriate enclosure to protect employees working with and around the dryer's small gate's chain and sprocket wheel, where the chain and sprocket wheel was less than seven feet high.
