29 CFR 1926.1417(c)(1): The procedures applicable to the operation of the equipment, including rated capacities (load charts), recommended operating speeds, special hazard warnings, instructions, and operator's manual, were not readily available in the cab at all times for use by the operator. (a) Boom Truck Crane - On or about November 17, 2015 the operators' manual for the Manitex 22101S truck mounted boom crane was not available at the jobsite.
