29 CFR 1926.602(c)(1)(vi): Section 603(e) of American National Standard Institute, B56.1-1969 Safety Standards for Powered Industrial Trucks, as adopted by 29 CFR 1926.602(c)(1)(vi): When a truck was left unattended, load engaging means were not fully lowered, controls were not neutralized, power was not shut off, brakes were not set, and the key or connector plug was not removed: At the Southwest side of construction site, an employee was exposed to struck-by hazards while unloading hot water heaters from a trash box elevated on the lifting carriage of a JLG Forklift that was left unattended in a raised position.
