29 CFR 1910.305(j)(2)(iv): A receptacle installed in a wet or damp location shall be suitable for the location. (a) On or about October 23, 2015, under the mezzanine of the boat pre-outfit area, the employer failed to ensure receptacles installed in a wet or damp location were suitable for the location. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards. (b) On or about October 23, 2015, on the mezzanine of the boat pre-outfit area, the employer failed to ensure a receptacle installed in a wet or damp location was suitable for the location. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards. (c) On or about October 23, 2015, on the outside of the storage building in the Brisco boat welding area, the employer failed to ensure a 50 amp receptacle installed in a wet or damp location was suitable for the location. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards.
