29 CFR 1926.966(f)(1): Type of guarding. The employer did not provide guards around all live parts operating at more than 150 volts to ground without an insulating covering. The location of the live parts did not give sufficient clearance (horizontal, vertical, or both) to minimize the possibility of accidental employee contact: a) 2998 Glenwood Drive, Camp Hill, Pa - The employer did not ensure that the exposed energized 7.2kV transformer was guarded to minimize the possibility of accidental employee contact, thereby exposing employees to electrical hazards on or about September 28, 2015. Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
