29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by: (a) In the Molding Department; on the outfeed portion of the George Fischer was an unguarded moving unloader exposing employees to caught in hazards between the mold and the arm. (b) In the Molding Department; at the outfeed of the Powder Wash Station employees were exposed to inrunning nip points where the conveyor belt went around the roller. (c) In the Melt Department; by the destacker was a door which was inadequately guarded to prevent employees from struck by hazards from the moving Gondola.
