29 CFR 1926.652(g)(1)(ii): Shields were not installed in a manner to restrict lateral or other hazardous movement of the shield in the event of the application of sudden lateral loads: (a) 1857 Pebble Court, Harrisburg Pennsylvania - Employees entered a trench box that was not installed to prevent lateral movement, on or about October 5, 2015. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
