29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: a) Jobsite - The employer used flexible cords and orange construction-type extension cords as a replacement for permanent wiring exposing the employees to fire and electrical hazards. Observed on or about 21 JULY 2015. Seitz Technical Products was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 924098, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 20 FEB 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 729 Newark Road, Avondale, Pennsylvania.
