29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was the employee provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a) 23 Goodhart Drive, Livingston, NJ. The employer had not ensured that his employee was protected from falls of 12 1/2 feet from the top of the foundation wall to the basement floor below when working on this new home's sill plate. Violation occurred on or about 08/31/2015.
