29 CFR 1926.1424(a)(2)(ii): To prevent employees from entering hazard areas, the employer did not erect and maintain control lines, warning lines, railings or similar barriers to mark the boundaries of the hazard areas and/or did not train each employee to understand what these markings signify: On or about August 29, 2015, at the east side of Miramar Parkway & I-75, Miramar, FL. there was no perimeter barricade established to prevent employees from being struck-by a Link Belt crawler crane (i.e. Link Belt, Serial #USJS-7135) as it swung around during pile driving operations.
