29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: a) Campsite - On or about August 25, 2015 and December 4, 2015, there were unused openings that were not closed throughout the campsite in the 120 Volt, 30 amp breakers field boxes, including but not limited to, the PANEL 300 A field box which exposed employees to electrical hazards.
