29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(iii): Special hand tools for placing and removing material(s) was not provided to permit easy handling of material without the operator placing a hand in the danger zone: On or about July 28, 2015, in Area 2 behind the Hang Line where chicken was being cut by a 9" blade on the Cantrell KFC cut-up saw machine, Model CS-100, the employer allowed an employee to operate the saw where the blade becomes unguarded when the chicken is pushed into the blade for cutting specialty parts. A tool was not provided to guide the chicken into the danger done (cutting operation).
