29 CFR 1926.502(f)(1)(iii): Points of access, materials handling areas, storage areas, and hoisting areas shall be connected to the work area by an access path formed by two warning lines: -Employees were using a fiberglass extension ladder to access the upper roof while not having the upper access point demarcated by two warning lines, exposing employees to a potential fall hazard in excess of 25' to the roof below.
