29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2): The employer did not assure that each employee exposed to fall hazards was trained by a competent person qualified in the areas specified in 29 CFR 1926.503 (a)(2)(i) through (viii): a- Building 25, Creekside Way, Burlington Township Falls NJ: An employee, not supplied with any fall protection, was exposed to fall hazards in excess of 10 feet to the ground surface below when performing floor sheathing installation and other related activities from the unprotected edges of a new residential structure's deck. This employee had not received fall protection training from a competent person. Noted on or about 07/16/15. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
