29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(iv): Midrails were not installed at a height approximately midway between the top edge of the guardrail system and the platform surface: (a) Brunswick construction site, 4th tier, SE corner of scaffold did not include a midrail and the North scaffold too low, estimated at 14 inches, creating a fall hazard when performing masonry work.
