29 CFR 1910.107(b)(10): Illumination panels did not effectively isolate the spraying area from the area in which the lighting unit is located, and were not protected to ensure breakage was unlikely. Employees were exposed to burn hazards and smoke inhalation when powder coating Powdura Hybrid Powder Coatings(combustible dusts) and the: a) lens covers in Paint Booth #1 that projected into the walking/working surfaces were broken. b) lens cover for an overhead light in Paint Booth #1 was missing.
