29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: (a) Quad I, PFD Suite - On or about July 17, 2015, where employees were inspecting Pressure Dryer Filter F-1680, specific procedures for the de-energization of all hazardous energy sources to include, but not limited to electrical, hydraulic, gas sources were not developed or documented.
