29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: 50,000 ton press pump room, Wyman Gordon, 244 Worcester Street, North Grafton, Massachusetts; Sodium hydroxide is used in the pump room to limit bacteria growth in pressurized cylinders that have water in them. The eyewash in the pump room did not have sufficient pressure to clear an employee's eyes of chemicals in the event of an accidental exposure.
