29 CFR 1926.1417(c)(1): 29 CFR 1926.1417(c)(1): The procedures applicable to the operation of the equipment, including rated capacities (load charts), recommended operating speeds, special hazard warnings, instructions, and operators manual, were not readily available in the cab at all times for use by the operator. On or about September 21, 2011, employees were exposed to struck by hazards during tilting up operations with a Feterl GEN 11 10000 Mobile Hydraulic Crane due to a lack of operator instructions. The operator's manual was not readily available in the cab of the machine.
