29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by the ingoing nip point of the two rollers: a) On or about 05/28/15 in the Textile Department; employer failed to protect employees who were assigned to operate the Pull Roll from being able to access the ingoing nip point created by the two rollers, when the opening on the guarding device was 1.25 inches and the distance to the point of operation was 2 inches exposing them to caught between hazards. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
