29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(12): Unprotected sides and edges of stairway landings were not provided with guardrail systems: a) The stair landing between the 4th and 5th floor did not have a complete guardrail system installed; employees were exposed to 40 ft fall hazard. Location: 360 Neptune Ave, Brooklyn, N.Y. On or about 4/1/2015 NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASEFILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION NOR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS ITEM IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
