29 CFR 1910.179(f)(4)(vii): Brakes for stopping motion on a trolley or bridge did not stop the trolley or bridge within a distance in feet equal to 10 percent of a full load speed in feet per minute when traveling at full speed with full load: (a) On or about March 31, 2015, in front of the fabrication shop, the employer did not ensure the brakes on the gantry/bridge crane number 1050 were operating properly. Employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard.
