29 CFR 1910.176(c): Storage areas were not kept free from accumulation of materials that constituted hazards from tripping, fire, explosion or pest harborage: CONCAST AREA; On or about March 30, 2015 the employer did not ensure that the worksite at the billet and other metal product storing area was free from accumulation and in orderly condition. This condition exposed employees to struck-by, impalement and tripping hazards.
