29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1): Worn or frayed electric cords or cables were used: a) On or about 3/6/15 at the Quality Inn & Suites rehabilitation project located at 8200 Park Road, Batavia, New York; a cord with a damaged outer jacket was used to supply power to a grinder and reciprocating saw. The window had been closed on the cord damaging the jacket. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
