29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: Along the production floor area, on or about February 19, 2015, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards of 120 volts from unused openings along the bottom and sides of 2 electrical distribution panel boxes with no serial numbers identification that were not effectively closed.
