29 CFR 1910.1001(j)(5)(i): When an employer identifies previously installed ACM and/or PACM, labels or signs were not affixed or posted so that employees will be notified of what materials contain ACM and/or PACM. The employer did not attach such labels in areas where they will clearly be noticed by employees who are likely to be exposed: (a) On and before 02/16/2015, at shop, for employees performing maintenance and inspecting locomotives with damaged Asbestos Containing Material (ACM). The employer did not have labels on ACM as identified per locomotive that comes in the locomotive shop.
