29 CFR 1910.176(a): Aisle(s) or passageway(s) where mechanical handling equipment is used were not kept in good repair: a- The outside material handling aisle along the South side of Building C-5, used for movement of materials / products via forklift, was paved in concrete. A patch of damaged, missing concrete with outward-extending crack(s), near the center of the aisle-way, posed a tipping hazard for operator(s) of solid tire forklift(s) carrying loads within this mechanical equipment aisle. The condition(s) / exposure(s) occurred on 1/21/2015 and at times prior thereto.
