29 CFR 1910.178(q)(6): Industrial trucks were altered by the addition of extra parts not provided by the manufacturer. Additional counterweighting of fork trucks was not approved by the truck manufacturer: In the production and warehouse areas, Toyota forklifts (Model 8FGU25/Serial No. 49686 & Model 8FGU25/Serial No. 51472) were altered by an additional job-made counterweight belonging to a NISSIAN forklift.
