29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) Wood Shop: An air heater classified as "Household Use Only" used to provide thermal comfort for employees, was located in an area where a potential breach of wood processing equipment and a Grizzly enclosureless dust collector, were present. Wood working equipment generates combustible dust classified as a Class II explosive dust, and presents a potential fire hazard, on or about, 2/15/15.
