29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe-boards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a.) Ferri Contracting Company, Inc., Elizabeth Wastewater Treatment Plant: On or about 12/15/14, an employee was observed shingling a roof that had a slope of 5/12 and was 16' above the ground without the use of a fall protection system. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED.
