29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: Jobsite located approximately at 1706 Nebraska Street, Blair NE 68008: The employer is failing to provide a training program to ensure that employees minimized hazards when exposed to fall hazards. An employee of Mr. Young Woo Shin was observed by a performing residential vinyl siding installation activities while exposed to an approximate fall distance of 15.1 feet; conventional fall protection was not being used.
