29 CFR 1910.219(d)(1): Pulley(s) with part(s) seven feet or less from the floor or work platform were not guarded in accordance with the requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o): A.) Rohr Industries, Inc.; Machine shop - On or about, 12/9/14, a CNC lathe (Serial #2619) had a partially unguarded belt/pulley system on the side of it. The side housing of the machine did not adequately guard the lower part of the belt/pulley system. The pulley/belt system was located 2 feet above floor level. B.) Rohr Industries, Inc., Machine Shop - On or about, 12/9/14, an air compressor had an unguarded belt. The pulley/belt system was located 3 feet above the floor level.
