There were damaged parts that could adversely affect safe operation or mechanical strength of the equipment, such as parts that were broken, bent, cut, or deteriorated by corrosion, chemical action, or overheating: 1) Battery charger: A metal conduit and electrical outlet was broken away from a junction box. 2) Loading dock: There were two burnt outlets.
