29 CFR 1910.38 (d) : The employer did not have and maintain an employee alarm system with a distinctive signal for each purpose so that it complied with the requirements of 1910.165: a) On or about 12/04/14 throughout the site; employer failed to protect employees against inhalation of chlorine vapors when they did not provide a distinctive signal for an emergency involving this hazardous chemical. b) On or about 12/04 14 throughout the site; employer failed to protect employees against contact with a fire when they did not provide a distinctive signal for when a fire occurs at the facility. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
