29 CFR 1928.57(a)(7): The employer did not protect employees from coming into contact with hazards created by moving machinery: On or about November 25, 2014 and times prior thereto, employees of GM Lawrence and Company DBA Lee Wilson & Co. Gin performed cotton gin operations at 5765 S. Highway 61 in Wilson, Arkansas. Employees operated a Lummus Dor-Les cotton bale press which was not guarded to prevent employees from coming into contact with the point of operation.
