29 CFR 1910.303(f)(1): Each disconnecting means required by Subpart S of Part 1910 for motors and appliances was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: (a) At Lake Taneycomo Woods Well House #1 on or about October 22, 2014 the breakers and switches used for disconnect of the pumps, water heater, and other equipment were not labeled or located so that the purpose of the breaker or the switch was evident.
