29 CFR 1910.303(f)(1): Each disconnecting means required by Subpart S of Part 1910 for motors and appliances was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: a) 72 Lockwood Street, Newark, NJ Employees operate the Sharples P-2000 Cation Line Centrifuge in Bldg. 4 which is is powered by a main drive motor and a back drive motor, each powered by a dedicated switchbox. The Square D 240 Volt 30 Amp switchbox that powers the back drive motor was not labeled to indicate its purpose. Violation observed on or about 10-15-14
