29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(C): Where run through doorways, windows, or similar openings; a. Loading Dock Area- On or about October 14, 2014, the employer did not ensure that extension cords were not being run through walls, ceilings, or floor. There was a halogen outdoor light plugged into an extension cord being run through a roll-up bay door. Thereby exposing employees to shock and electrocution hazard.
