29 CFR 1910.1053(i)(1)(i):The employer did not make medical surveillance available at no cost to each employee, and at a reasonable time and place, for each employee who has been occupationally exposed to respirable crystalline silica at or above the action level for 30 or more days per year: a) Busch Products Inc., 110 Baker Street, Syracuse, NY 13206. On or about October 17, 2024, a Park Industries Titan machine operator was over exposed to silica. Employee exposure as reference in citation 1 item 3b. The employee was exposed for 30 or more days per year and the employer did not make medical surveillance available to the employee. b) Busch Products Inc., 110 Baker Street, Syracuse, NY 13206. On or about October 17, 2024, a stone polisher was over exposed to silica. Employee exposure as reference in citation 1 item 3b. The employee was exposed for 30 or more days per year and the employer did not make medical surveillance available to the employee. c) Busch Products Inc., 110 Baker Street, Syracuse, NY 13206. On or about October 17, 2024, a Park Industries SABERjet XP CNC Sawjet machines operator was over exposed to silica. Employee exposure as reference in citation 1 item 3b. The employee was exposed for 30 or more days per year and the employer did not make medical surveillance available to the employee. d) Busch Products Inc., 110 Baker Street, Syracuse, NY 13206. On or about October 17, 2024, a Park Industries Yukon II Semi-Automatic Bridge Saw shop employee was over exposed to silica. Employee exposure as reference in citation 1 item 3b. The employee was exposed for 30 or more days per year and the employer did not make medical surveillance available to the employee. e) Busch Products Inc., 110 Baker Street, Syracuse, NY 13206. On or about October 17, 2024, the shipping and receiving supervisor was over exposed to silica. Employee exposure as reference in citation 1 item 3b.
