29 CFR 1910.107(g)(7): No smoking signs in large letters on contrasting color background were not conspicuously posted at all spraying areas: (a)American Engineered Products, LLC at 605 4th Street Southeast, De Smet, SD 57231: On or about and at times prior to May 16, 2023, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from fire hazards in that "No Smoking" signs were not conspicuously posted at spraying areas and/or paint storage rooms as required. This exposed employees to fire and explosion hazards.
