29 CFR 1910.107(g)(2): All spraying areas were not kept as free from the accumulation of deposits of combustible residues as practical, with cleaning conducted daily if necessary: (a)American Engineered Products, LLC at 605 4th Street Southeast, De Smet, SD 57231: On or about and at times prior to May 16, 2023, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from fire, explosion, or respiratory hazards in that the Powder Coat Booth and surrounding areas were not kept free from the accumulation of deposits nor was cleaning conducted daily. This condition exposed employees to fire, explosion and respiratory hazards.
