29 CFR 1926.1101(g)(8)(i)(B): Vacuums equipped with HEPA filter, disposable dust bag, and metal floor tool were not used to clean floors: (a) On or about July 27, 2016, at work site at 46-10 61st Street, Apt. 15E, Woodside, NY 11377 Employer instructed employees to remove asbestos-containing 9" x 9" floor tile without providing a HEPA vacuum cleaner equipped with disposable dust bag and metal floor tool to clean the floor prior to start of, during and after removal. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
