29 CFR 1910.107(f)(4): An adequate supply of suitable portable fire extinguishers was not installed near all spraying areas: (a)American Engineered Products, LLC at 605 4th Street Southeast, De Smet, SD 57231: On or about and at times prior to May 16, 2023, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from fire hazards in that an adequate supply of portable fire extinguishers were not installed at the powder coat booth as required. This exposed employees to fire and explosion hazards.
